Cross - Training for the Dancer

In this workshop we examine the importance of cross-training for dancers and the various modalities that compliment dance technique training. We will go through a program for dancers to use as a warm-up before classes and rehearsals and additional exercises to supplement their training. We will finish the workshop with stretching and somatic exercises to improve dancer flexibility and wellness.
