PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you are looking to get strong, gain flexibility, improve your posture, or just move your body, the Elevated Forms method is designed to take you from where you are to where you never thought you could be. My method is based in pilates and barre inspired movement. We will never take ourselves too seriously and we will always have fun. The most important part of moving and reaching your goals is having a good attitude while enjoying it. Together we will be poised, graceful, and engaged as we go from “text-neck” to beautiful ballerina swan. I specialize in working with women to meet their individual goals and am a certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist. My hope is that the mindful coaching through Elevated Forms will go beyond the class and resonate in your daily life.

During our consultation we will pinpoint your goals and devise a plan that will work best for achieving success. My low-impact high-intensity method not only will increase flexibility, but is flexible to your needs. It is designed to empower you to feel stronger and more physically confident.

TRAINING OPTIONS

  1. BI-WEEKLY TRAINING
    Meet weekly or 2x/week in-person or virtually for regular training to meet your fitness goals.

  2. ONE WEEK TRAINING INTENSIVE
    Meet in-person or virtually for an intensive week of regular sessions focused on developing a strong fitness to continue on your own. This is great for people who are great self-starters looking for guidance and material to apply on their own.

  3. SINGLE SESSION | MASTER CLASS

    Meet in-person or virtually for a single session. You will leave this session with your own program to follow based on your fitness goals. This is great for people looking to work on one specific fitness goal (flexibility, core strength, recovery practices, pre/postnatal recocery, etc., returning to movement after injury) in one session or are interested in the occassional private lesson.

  4. IN-STUDIO OR VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
    Bring Elevated Forms to your studio or meet online for a weekend, multi-day, or one day workshop. We will spend time training together and building a home program that is directed towards accomplishing your studio’s goals. Topics include: pre/postnatal training, flexibility, workout recovery and self-care, back, knee, or hip injury prevention, and building an achievable fitness plan for busy lifestyles.

  5. PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
    Do you have a group of friends looking to workout together? We can set up your own in-studio or virtual private workshop, class, or intensive. We will build skills together, get stronger with our community of friends, and leave with tools and tips to hold each other accountable to continue taking our fitness training to the next level.
