Elevated Fit
Join us for a high-energy barre, pilates and dance inspired workout. Engage in the movement, sweat, then breathe with a short stretch session at the end. Class is followed with healthy refreshments and conversation.

Cross - Training for the Dancer
In this workshop we examine the importance of cross-training for dancers and the various modalities that compliment dance technique training. We will go through a program for dancers to use as a warm-up before classes and rehearsals and additional exercises to supplement their training. We will finish the workshop with stretching and somatic exercises to improve dancer flexibility and wellness.
